GPA's National Mental Health Ambassador, Brad Hogg, was interviewed by ABC New England North West rural reporter, Lara Webster, while at AgQuip where he also spoke to local farmers and community members, at different events, in the NSWFarmers tent.
Brad spoke on ABC NSW Country Hour about his work with GPA and the theme of this year's program, 'Take-a-Break'. He discussed why it's important to book a getaway from the farm and experience a change of scenery, to help stay mentally and physically fit, fresh and healthy.
