Farmer Mates Mental Health Initiative National Ambassador and Aussie cricketing favourite Brad Hogg speaks to Rural Focus' about the importance of mental health and wellbeing for RU OK Day and every day of the year.

In particular he highlighted the importance of employers on farms to be aware of how their staff are travelling.

"If you're in charge of your staff you want to know what makes them tick and know how to read the play so that you can help them out," he said.
