Grain Producers Australia's Farmer Mates Mental Health Initiative Ambassador, and Aussie cricketing favourite, Brag Hogg talks with ABC SA Country Hour Cassie Hough about how important conversations are in mental health.
Hogg was at the YP Field Days as a part of the fourth year of GPA's program and said awareness of talking about issues, successes and banding together had increased over the years.

"You can be speaking to four people and those four people can make a huge difference in their community to organise something and bring every everyone together," he said.
"It's not really about the crowd size, it's more the roll-on effect and with the new program Weather it Together, GPA's work and Rural Aid, there's so many resources out there to help people.
"Communities are getting together and just building things up and what we're trying to do is really help that out and keep communities together."
