Notification of 2021 Annual General Meeting

Dear Members


You are invited to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Grain Producers Australia (GPA). This meeting was postponed and scheduled for this date, to try to bring our members together for a face-to-face meeting. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 restrictions, with border closures and social distancing measures, our AGM will again be held virtually, as per the below details. We do look forward to seeing you on Zoom to discuss these important national issues:


Thursday 9 September 2021 starting at 1pm AEST

After registering you will be directed to the GPA Website to access the 2021 AGM documentation.


At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to

· Confirm GPA’s operations and finances

· Ask questions about the operations and finances of GPA

· Speak about any items on the agenda, and

· Vote on any resolutions proposed


At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

· Accept the minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting

· Accept the 2021 Annual Report

· Accept the 2021 Auditor’s Report

· Accept the 2021 Annual Financial Statements

· Approve payment and the auditor

· Approve appointment of the auditor for 2022

· Elect grower directors

o Two Directors for the Northern Region

o One Director for the Western Region
