You are invited to an online webinar to learn about FMC’s Grower Stewardship Training for Overwatch® Herbicide.
When: 10am to 11am (AEST), Friday, 8 April 2022
With this year’s cropping program gearing-up, this online event will help provide growers with an accurate understanding of the key stewardship considerations for using Overwatch® Herbicide which is also relevant to many other and pre-emergent herbicides. This training will be provided by FMC representatives who will also answer questions from participants.
Grain Producers Australia is hosting the webinar to ensure growers have access to timely, accurate information on how to apply the product correctly, in accordance with the registered label. Growers can also engage openly with FMC representatives at the event and ask questions relevant to the topic.

This stewardship training program will also be provided online in a new GPA Training online learning program in coming weeks, for Silver Members. A recording of the webinar will also be provided in this GPA Training course package. This will be a key source of information and reference point, to support good stewardship outcomes, such as steps to avoid spray blockages and steps to minimise spray drift.
This work forms part of GPA’s strategic objectives, through the GPA Pesticides and Technology Sub-committee, to ensure growers have access to pesticides that are safe and effective, when used appropriately, backed by scientific evidence. It also supports our work to improve farm safety, and industry skills and professionalism, through the delivery of online training programs, in GPA Training.
