Raised on a mixed farming operation, Cindy’s career has spanned grain production, international marketing, quality management, and industry representation.
She has held senior roles such as Chief Executive of FarmLink Research and currently serves as Executive Director of the Executive Director of the Southern NSW Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub, leading efforts to build drought resilience for regional communities.
An accomplished leader, Cindy is passionate about leveraging agricultural innovation for long-term industry sustainability and has worked closely with government, producers, and supply chain stakeholders to drive meaningful advancements.
She also serves as the Audit Committee Chair and a Non-Executive Director for AgriFutures Australia.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Agriculture, and she is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, underscoring her dedication to best-practice governance in the grains industry.
