Rachael Oxborrow is an experienced journalist having worked in local and agricultural newspapers in South Australia and Western Australia for many years. She grew up on a grains property in rural South Australia and is passionate about supporting the grains industry to access new technologies, improve market accessibility and advancing research outcomes to boost farm gate returns.
Most recently, Rachael has been working in a media and advocacy role for the Sporting Shooters' Association of Australia. Her professional experience also includes working in communications for the GRDC and AgCommunicators to extend awareness of research outcomes and practice change across the grains industry.
She is an experienced communicator who is skilled in messaging across print, digital, audio and visual mediums. Rachael places great value in building strong working relationships and being proactive with strategy and planning.
